Amein Pastor Dowell. I read that it takes up to 12 hours for our body to use up insulin after eating a meal, and so that combined with the health benefits of fasting, and the difficulty in following all those other diets (removing this or that) makes the one-meal a day eating plan a great method. Snacking all the time is terrible for our health and a sign of our spiritual health too. Shalom Pastor Dowell, thank you for preaching Truth and teaching us.
