Dreamsurge Buff Retained In Raid (Patreon)

There are multiple credible reports from raid groups that dreamsurge buffs are surviving into high-level raiding content, trivializing normally very challenging bosses.

The one verifiable buff we know works at the moment is this one:

From the tooltip:

"Increases damage done, healing done, and movement speed by 25% and decreases damage taken by 25% while not near another player. A spell from World of Warcraft: Dragonflight."

Interestingly the buff persists on a character outside the dreamsurge zone after the normal 30 minutes once successfully taken outside it.

There are likely other buffs which survive a port but this has yet to be confirmed.
