Gamebreaking Quest Item That Completely Removes Stealth From Enemy Players (Patreon)

There is a quest item that is seriously broken that comes from the sixth chapter of "Chains Of Domination" quest sequence.

To reach the relevant quest you can skip past the first three chapters of the campaign by speaking to Bolvar Fordragon as soon as you arrive in Oribos. You must then complete the fourth and fifth chapters of the quest chain-this will take 20-30 minutes on a level 70.

When you reach the sixth chapter "Unseen Guests" you will need to complete quests until you reach "Spy Vs Spy". You then receive an object called "Orb Of Revelation" which is supposed to help you unmask hidden Dreadlords in the quest zone.

This quest item can be taken anywhere.

This is by far the most broken item for stealth removal I have seen in wow. Not only does it remove stealth for any users within what seems to be a limitless range*, it has only a 10 second cooldown. Moreover it doesn't just seem to remove stealth, it seems to actually prevent any stealth user from re-stealthing-I tested this on a rogue in Valdrakken and even when the rogue vanished after being unstealthed by the item I could still clearly see them.
