Fishing Daily Quest 100% Speed Buff Exploit (Patreon)

North of the Gloaming Reef in Val'shara is a quest giver Luraura Nightcast who starts the fishing daily quest "Buoy Fishing". She gives you a bubble buff which enables you to move at a +100% run speed while on the sea bed. The buff is only supposed to work there.

However, if you mount up while on the sea bed and then run onto dry land, the buff persists enabling you to run very fast out of the water. As I have mentioned in my lag speed exploits in the past (and also will be in the near future) this is an exploitable material boost for gold farming purposes, as well as being a significant boost to completion time for any world quests in the area (plus it is a lot of fun).
