This information is more or less public at least in the gold-making community. How do we profit from this using exploits?

The simplest way is to run Stratholme repeatedlyand bypass instance lockout using this exploit https://www.patreon.com/posts/gamebreaking-in-79584725 .

Another way that can be automated very easily is to go to the Dawning Woods Catacombs in Raven Hill cemetry (viewers of my recent leveling videos will likely know this location well). Here silent shade npc's  drop the essence of undeath and re-spawn on death. This one is not as profitable as Stratholme, but something as simple as a mouse recorder or auto-clicker currently makes about 10-15k per hour's worth of essences. 

This is speculative but it seems likely these items will hit peak value when the revamped Naxxramas is actually released in patch 10.1.5.
