The Best One-Click Leveling Method I've Ever Seen, 10-70 (Patreon)
Content
The following method will allow players to level slightly faster than questing and do so by either pressing one button repeatedly or (with an auto-clicker) no effective time at all.
This is the best method I have ever seen that can be automated easily.
Benyed1636 contacted me with the following method:
I just a way you can level afk with just a keyboard macro. I don't know if it's the only way to do this or if you already know about this but I just thought I should tell someone and you're the first person I thought of.
In Alternate Shadowmoon Valley** at (43,12)* there's a spot where some spores spawn, fly over a mushroom, and then despawn. They're one hit kill and grant xp so if you just stand on the mushroom and spam a macro that targets them and casts an instant ranged attack you get xp with a single button press and without moving.
I tested this method and it works extremely well. Stand on the mushroom face the shore and use a macro like this:
/tar volatile spore
/cast name of instant cast ability (e.g. /cast moonfire)
Now just press the macro.
I went from 47-48 in three minutes and thirty seconds with rested xp and no other xp buffs, ie 7 minutes without rested.
You can go from 10-60 just doing this.
You can go from 60-70 by grouping up with a level 10 allied race character you created on a free starter edition account that has warlords of draenor timewalking on (this is the "iron horde" option you select with Chromie). Group up your 60 leveling character with the lvl 10, open your maps for both characters and turn on party sync. Your 60 will now get full experience for killing the spore mobs.
60-70 killing spores takes roughly the same time as optimized questing, with much less mental effort.
To automate the macro simply download a free auto-clicker from a google search. You do not need a bot or complex software to automate this technique.
*For those whose co-ordinates macros got broken in Dragonflight the location is just north of the "M" in "GlooMshade Grove" on the map. The spores are small and yellow and moving fast through the air.
** For those less familiar with Warcraft geography this is in Draenor, not Outland.
