Easy To Acquire Items Selling For 1450 Gold Each, Huge Limited Time Opportunity (Patreon)

EDIT 15 February: Prices seem to have settled down now to around about 700 gold across all realms-still good especially in  conjunction with any pre-existing farm (eg blackrock hold transmog farm) but no longer spectacular. I'm leaving this up solely so that people know you can sell the lovely charm bracelets on the auction house.

The Love Is In The Air festival has begun.

Most of you will be familiar with the way this event works-you acquire a lovely charm collectors kit from Kwee Q. Peddlefeet in your faction capital kit. Then every npc you kill within an appropriate level range has a chance to award "lovely charms" - currency which can be exchanged for a hideous mount and various vanity items.

A MAJOR change this year is that  lovely charm bracelets (10 lovely charms can be turned into a bracelet) can now be sold on the auction house. Currently on the auction house this item is selling for 1450 gold-though it has been as high as 2000 gold in the last few days mostly settling at 1500 gold.

Some simple math shows how stupidly profitable this is currently based on the number of charms per minute:

5 charms per minute  - 45K Gold Per Hour (VERY slow)

8 charms per minute - 72000 GPH (I could do this simply by running around killing mobs in Northshire)

10 charms per minute - 90000 GPH (This number is very easy to obtain if you have a low level character with decent gear farming blackrock stronghold)

Currently the charms ARE selling. In fact during peak hours they sold for me almost instantly.

It is possible to get much more than 10 charms per minute using various exploits in this patreon archive. But, as of this current moment in time, it is probably just a good idea to take a level 10 into a fast respawn zone like blackrock stronghold or the dragonkin area in the east of the wetlands and kill things quickly.

I am not sure how sustainable this situation is. I would do this only for a short while initially to test the market-it is possible the price could plummet-however if the price for the bracelets continues to exceed 1000 gold for any length of time this will be the best gold farm around.
