100% Chance Of Rank III Enchanting Scroll Exploit (Patreon)

Currently there is a live bug affecting the Inscription profession which may also be affecting other crafting professions (unverified). 

The exploit works like this:

1. Craft a rank 3 scroll normally or obtain one from the Auction House.

2.Fill your inventory with items - I do this by splitting up stackable consumable items. 

3. Attempt to craft a level 3 scroll. You will receive some error messages but after repeated crafts you will get a rank 3 scroll.
