Alchemy Reset Charges Bug - Infinite Transmutes (Patreon)

EDIT: seems fixed now.

The following exploit allows players to use infinite transmutes to create an item currently worth 669 gold on the auction house. 

 Alchemists get seven charges per day of the Transmute: Awakened Air recipe. By itself this is quite lucrative without any exploits at this early stage of the expansion.

 If you join the packed house pvp brawl the charges are reset to 7. This is likely to be hotfixed very fast so players should take advantage of the situation right now if they wish to.  Skirmishes work also. 

(This article may self-destruct after the hotfix depending on whether Blizzard use a systemic or comprehensive fix).

Btw Do you know if they fixed the tailoring thing also?Didn't post that one because it isn't especially profitable but I'm curious if they are looking at a systemic or individual fix.

Not a clue, I've been crafting for myself non-stop and playing the AH. But it was my understanding that all of the resets were fixed when they brought work orders back up, but don't quote me.

Just chiming in to say that this is still working on EU. I'm also using arena skirmishes, not the brawl, on a level 63 alt I specced into the transmute tree for more charges per skirmish, and mats saving.

Low unless you really push it with multiple bots or something grinding out hundreds of millions. Mostly Blizzard just eventually quietly nerf stuff like this. They could change their policy but historically they do a lot less than people think.

Like archvaldor said, not super likely. This exploit typically comes around in some shape or form every single expansion, and people usually dont get banned for it.

Maybe useful for later exploits, wargames can be used for arena cd reset. If you have 4 accounts you can get instant arena invites with little to no que times and leaving them will not result in que penalty
