New "Fated" Raids Bosses Are"Loot Bags", Scaling Poorly (Patreon)

A report on wow bug report suggest the new Fated raids are under-tuned.

"The bosses are loot bags. Sire was down in less than 3 mins. The trash just evaporates. The loot is 265 like it’s supposed to be …Obviously they have the fated powers but the scaling wasn’t implemented."

Scaling problems like this are often fixed quickly so it may be a good idea to take advantage of this while you can. Loot is almost never clawed back in this type of situation even when Blizzard acknowledge a problem exists.

I can't check this personally right now as the new patch is not available on EU yet. However, there seem to be  number of independent reports confirming the scaling problems.
