Intellect Buff For All Horde Casters-Works In PVE Including Mythic (Patreon)

In Warsong Hold, in Borean Tundrea, Northrend, there are a number of spider webs which can be attacked by players which produce one of three different npc's. The one we are interested in is the warsong mage, which casts an arcane intellect buff on the player. The text reads that this adds 23 intellect, but in actuality it scales with player level up to 147 at level 60, a significant increase.

The buff lasts 30 minutes.

The buff stacks with the normal mage arcane intellect.

This buff seems to work in all pve content including mythic.

It does not work in instanced pvp content, probably due to the preparation buff.
