Kill Your Friends, Death Grip People Into Thin Air-Flying Mount Tricks (Patreon)

So with Shadowlands there was an odd and probably unintentional change where a player on a flying mount can use abilities with a cast time. This applies ONLY to the first ability you use.

The most obvious use of this is with world pvp to use some kind of devastating range ability like Chaos Bolt or Greater Pyroblast whilst in the air, combined with some form of slowfall or a goblin glider. Note that you get dismounted yourself after using the ability so you must have something which mitigates fall damage.

Less obvious is the potential for death knights as they can now use their death grip ability to grip players into thin air. To make this a fatal attack you will need to do this to players on an elevated surface with an overhang as the 40yd max range on death grip does about 50% of the players HP in fall damage, unless you intend to finish them off normally. 

You can also this new glitch to grief members of any party or raid you belong to with the swapblaster item. While flying above your target simply activate the swapblaster and they will be teleported to your position.
