EDIT: 11/02/2020 Mobs now award trivial xp, meaning this is no longer viable for leveling. It may be viable for other things (eg lovely charms). Memory quest in Vol'dun is a viable alternative.

The following exploit works on the same basic principle as posted last month here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/36385858 . This method is purely for grinding experience, the mobs in this case drop no loot.

To make it work you will need to progress down the Spires Of Arak quest chain till you reach the quest "A Charming Deception". Join a raid group via premade group finder, or you can form one yourself with an alt.

Click on one of the illusion charms scattered throughout the quest area. This will turn you into a flightless arrakoa temporarily with an action button to remove the disguise and use an area of effect stun. It will also summon an adherent harrier to attack you.

Normally the illusionary charm will vanish when you click on it, however when you are in a raid group the charm persists and can be clicked on multiple times. NOTE: in order to summon further adherent harriers you must also use your aoe stun-this is the actual trigger to reset the charm and summon further adherent harriers-if you just click on the charm it won't work.

This method is superior to the Legion infinite mobs for experience grinding, mainly because with the potion of accelerated learning you get from your garrison quartermaster, you gain a 20% experience bonus. Also, the free stun ability you get from the quest makes it easier to kill the mobs solo.

Aside from the intended level range (96-100) this method can be used to grind xp to 120 provided you have a partner or multi-box account you can party sync with in the relevant level range.

Fun fact: The flightmaster bird Darkscreech will attack the adherents if they get close.
