All Known WoW Classic Instant Respawn Locations (Patreon)

To simplify the task of getting the information Patreons want I'm attempting to consolidate information wherever possible into a single article. This article will serve as a permanent list of instant or hyperspawn farming locations in wow classic and will be updated until it is complete. At this time (October 30 2019)  the list is clearly incomplete, in particular lacking Horde-specific locations which I'm working on currently. 

Normally I do not publish material on Patreon which is public: this is an exception as it aspires to be a complete reference. All spawns were discovered by me unless stated otherwise-I'd appreciate any corrections if you believe this not to be the case.

10  The Level 55 Western Plaguelands quest, A Matter Of Time:

This quest gives you a special item which allows you to instantly respawn  "Temporal Parasites". that can be used in various silos scattered around  Andorhal (44,69).
