Hidden NPC That Produces Infinite Lootable Demons, Secret Gold Farm (Patreon)

There is a mysterious npc inside a building that cannot be entered deep within Suramar city.  Probably part of an intended quest chain that Blizzard never fully completed, the NPC nonetheless remains functional in-game but inaccessible by normal means. The NPC has a tooltip that can be activated to produce infinite numbers of a demon which can be looted with normal Suramar drops.

The co-ordinates of the mob are at  49.2, 79.3, the name of the mob being Caline Starsoul, in a building that a nearby bridge leads directly into. She can be targetted by the /tar command. The wowhead link for Caline is https://www.wowhead.com/npc=106797/caline-starsoul#comments . The name of the demon(s) she summons is Thurox.

Gaining entry to the building in question be done via mount glitching, this is a very old method where you mount up on a large mount through a wall or door and disconnect with alt+f4 as the cast is completing. When you log-in you should be part way through any physical barrier. It may take multiple tries to get through.

EDIT: easiest way I found into the building is by flying up into the top right of the building, dismounting, then cast mount + f4, re-log and jump up till you can fall down inside the building. 

It is a good general rule when mount or size glitching to try and go up rather than forward.

EDIT EDIT As pointed out below the summoned Thurox mob permanently evades if he manages to get to the door of the building so you will need some way of killing him fast outdoors.
