This is the third in a series of posts exploring the potential of the Invincibility/Phase Glitch described here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/14112132/

I have been running some experiments with herbalism and mining in Argus. Invincibility is a huge deal in Argus. Argus has easily the worst terrain I've encountered in wow since Vanilla, rocky, difficult to navigate in two-dimensions, full of places you can get stuck in an, finally, packed with mobs everywhere. Even if you are decked out in full best-in-slot gear, then getting pulled into combat temporarily when practicing professions has a significant time cost, and for most players it isn't even temporary and can be fatal.

Naturally these factors are all built into the market price.

For this reason running around herbing or mining is much, much faster and much more lucrative when invincible than it would be for any other player. I'm going to report my actual numbers because a) they sound ridiculously high and b) I had a disproportionate amount of luck with herb clusters but, even with a conservative estimate I think it is fair to say 50-80K gold per hour is quite achievable.

Btw A handful of unusual forms of aoe can penetrate the invincibility glitch. These will not generally kill you if you are aware of them, at least in any short time frame, but it is best not to leave your character afk in an area filled with mobs. Lava has the same effect as normal.
