Powerful Healing Buff Persisting On Players And Pets Through Zones (Patreon)

There are multiple reports on the official forums and on wowhead stating that players are receiving the buff "Reconstitution Matrix"  permanently, after completely the Magni quests beginning in Sholazar basin for max level players (these trigger automatically on log-in).  The buff description on Wowhead "Heals nearby allies for 92500 to 107500 every 2 seconds. " This may scale - Wowhead often uses a minimum value for scaling effects EDIT yes it does, I get roughly 150000 on my undergeared priest, your main will almost certainly get more.

One player reports dismissing a pet and then resummoning after the quests triggers this glitch.

The trigger for player characters is very simple, kill one of the nightmares in the Makers Overlook. This leaves a puddle of light. Stand in it to get the Reconstitution Matrix buff. Port out with heartstone - it survives across zones (tried with Dalaran).  Survives log-out but not death.

Seems to work everywhere except mythic dungeons and arena.
