Extend Healing Range with Archmage Vargoth's Staff, Heal Around Corners (Patreon)

The item "Archmage Vargoth's Staff" is a quest item from  a chain item that starts in Area 51 in netherstorm.  This has historically been an essential item for exploiters having a range of uses.  It produces an image of Archmage Vargoth which can be interacted with to some extent, for a 2 minute period.

I disovered another use for this item today: as a holy priest I discovered that "Prayer Of Healing", an aoe spell with a 40 yard range, can target the Archmage.  This has a very powerful effect as it allows you to put down the image then use it as a target effectively massively extending your aoe healing range. It also enables to heal around line-of-sight obstabcles. Additionally, because the image is static, you don't have to continually move to keep up with your target.

This item seems to work with other healing effects and other classes., though it works best with POH. 

I found this item essential as alliance whilst obtaining artifact power via pvp-holy priests are very vulnerable to melee at the moment and this item makes all the difference.
