Ok Hear Me Out...(No Podcast Today) (Patreon)

Hahaha this one is yet again 100% on me (Adam). The good news is that we are finalized on the house and just awaiting the closing date as of literally a few hours ago! It was a very challenging process because of the time of year and covid but we managed to squeak across the line on the final day of conditionals.

The bad news is that I just got back from the house, have several more phone calls to make including a couple to banks which are likely to take quite some time, and family are stopping by in within the next hour (not that seeing family is bad news LOL).

Jeff didn't have the time today to push the podcast forward as he's also prepping for family. As such we're just going to see you all next Thursday when this is all well and truly cleared and the holidays are behind us!
