Bad news: No podcast again this week.

Good new: It's because I'm (Adam) in the throws of buying my first home!  We're neck deep in inspection report combing and purchase agreement amendments with looming closing dates etc. Hopefully next week we'll have our last before Christmas!

Thanks for your understanding! Tried to make it happen today but couldn't quite get enough time amidst it all.
