No comments for poor Rain, eh? Looks like I need to break out the big guns! Yes, that’s right. Rain had a wolf form for some reason. Damned if I know why. It was the late 90s, and the Romulus episode of BTAS was still rattling around in my brain. I don’t know who first drew female werewolf fur to look like thigh high boots. I’m not saying it was me, but I don’t remember seeing it anywhere.
