More late 90s concept stuff, redrawn with modern technology and the best of my recollection! Rain was an angel in human form, assigned to keep tabs on Jezebel. I don’t know if they were supposed to fight crimes or other demons or what. I just thought she had a cool name, and I had never really drawn a female character with short hair up to that point.
