The snow was lovely, but now it has settled into an alarming ice sheet. Combined with our lovely hills and indifferent road preparation (why clear and sand/salt when those things are so bad for our water and the snow will be gone soon anyway?) we just aren't going anywhere.

I watched The Nutcracker and the Four Realms, and I must say the visuals hit me right in the aesthetic sweet spot. It was beautiful. Also I think it shows how out of touch I am that I only just heard it existed, and it was released in what, 2018? Anyhow it was very pretty indeed.

So here's the page, and I have to run because I am still swamped!

Thank you, everyone!

This whole conversation with Humongulus is my favorite. "It lacked panache." I'm dying. Stay safe! There are so many movies waiting for you to stay inside and watch them! (No snow where I am, but then the last time we had snow it killed the power grid for almost a week, so...yeah, I don't love the Arctic winds, but it's better than the alternative.) Still a typo on the previous page. Sorry.

I feel like Humongulus lacks an appreciation for the difference finesse can make in setting things down. This reminds me of my attempts to work out just the right amount of breaking and letting up on the clutch to be able to come to a complete stop on level ground without that pesky lurch at the end. And then the complaints my at the time future wife and also future ex made about it when I showed off my prowess. She gets motion sickness, and to her, without that lurch, it was like we just kept *moving*, despite the fact she could see we weren't which is apparently just awful. Sigh. Edit: Thinking about it more, the period in the first sentence should go much earlier. "I feel like Humongulus lacks an appreciation for the^W difference^W finesse."
