Since i doubt you'll read the comics it is confirmed that Ozai And Ursa made a plot to poison the firelord so Zuko didn't have to die, But as part of the deal Ozai said she would have to leave and never return because he was scared that she would do the same to him

Couple things. Ozai is a prick. Instead of helping Zuko to be better, he only acknowledged Azula because she was a prodigy. That is poor parenting and he is a piece of shit for that. And yes it was implied Ursa killed Azulon. At least that's how I interpret it.

Never confirmed in the show directly, but yes, Ursa killed Azulon (Azulon is the grandfather Azula is named after. Ozai was always trying to suck up to him in any way he could). I don't think they ever explain in the comics how she killed him, but afterwards she left, she didn't die. The show never tells you what happened to her, but it's not the last time the show talks about her. Btw, all the comics take place after the ending of the show, so I wouldn't bother asking about them at all. There are three comics that explain a little bit of what all the main characters ended up doing in the years following the end of this show. Legend of Korra is about the Avatar after Aang, and some characters from this show come back in that show, but they hella old.

If you lived in this world where news takes a while to get around, and you would potentially never find out what happened to your son, would you not go out to look for your kid? You're a father, aren't you? I get what you mean about sticking with the wife and younger kid, but I think Iroh explains the people of the four nations the best, what kind of values and lifestyles they have. Just have to wait a few more episodes for that explanation.
