So this was meant to be the first thing I was meant to watch before starting the clone wars. Welp better late then never :)

Not at all the first one is the main important one and the second movie can help but the third and second movies aren’t really necessary until later seasons

Tales of the Jedi is really good. I recomend watching Star Wars Visions at some point. They aren't canon, but it's a series of anime produced by some of the biggest creators in japan. About Kobra Kai, I never really watched the original karate kid movies until a few years ago after watching the first season of Kobra Kai. The first one is really good. Same could be said for the second and third, but you can really do without. The show gives a lot of background on the characters. Watching them helps, but definately not necessary. There was a 2010 remake of karate kid but i dont remember it being that good.

Yo Don... you know how at the beginning of every episode and movie of starwars it says "In a Galaxy far far away" that means that starwars is not in the milky way Galaxy which means we will never see earth. Just FYI

At the start of the sith lord episode he deletes the planet kamino from the archives. This is the plot of the movie attack of the clones where obi wan can't find the planet he's looking for and it is the planet where the clones were created. Palpatine orders dooku to delete it so that the jedi can't know of the plot to start the clone wars which leads to the creation of the empire.

Great 4 episodes! You should keep watching clone wars tho before finishing tales of the jedi and the mandelorian otherwise you'll spoil yourself a lot.

Don, I, and what seems like a LOT of others would recommend is that you finish the clone wars BEFORE The Mandalorian Season 2, there are characters and lore that you're not going to understand, it makes references and spoils quite a bit of the later Clone Wars seasons. I wouldn't want you to spoil some of the best of the Clone Wars by watching Mando Season 2 early..

Don, PLEASE don’t watch mando season 2 until you gotten through at least season 5 of clone wars, since there’s a lot of stuff in mando that would make more sense to you if you watch CW first. (Also don’t watch the rest of tales of the Jedi or start bad batch until you finish clone wars. They are sequels to clone wars)

I love tales of the Jedi, it also shows you the higher quality animation that u can expect later on in the clone wars. Just making sure you know not to watch ep 5 or 6 until after the clone wars unless u want spoilers!!!😂

Don’t worry about not realising it wasn’t count dooku until u checked. I’ve realised, we all watched all this content over a period of 20 years and some of us even more. Count dooku tells us he was the master of qui gon in episode 2 however it’s literally like one line. All of us have watched those movies etc countless times so we’d just know something like that, you only seeing it once makes it very understandable you’d miss that.
