Footnotes for plates no. 1 - 4 are up! (Patreon)

Hey all, I'll be posting bonus Armchair Academia content at the end of the third week of each month, with the footnotes corresponding to the map plate posted at the beginning of the month.

In the folder, you'll find also find three bonus Excel spreadsheets that I use to input data on the website's Factbook. In those files, you will find a lot more details on languages and scripts, as well as see my obsessive side on ethnobotany, especially on foodstuffs. Most of the content in there should be self-explanatory, but feel free to message me if you need some clarifications. I should warn you that some of the content in there may be spoilers, so explore the categories at your own discretion. Furthermore, I've left my Excel formulas in there. As the files refer to each other, you might be able to update links if you have all three downloaded and saved in the same folder. Otherwise, just ignore/hit cancel and the files should still yield the values no problem. 

In this week, I've managed to catch up with all four map posts already published, so you will find quite a bit of content to read. As part of my motivation for doing this project is to use a creative medium motivate others to learn about our world, I've put a lot of effort into sharing everything I know as a geographer, political theorist, and history-enthusiast.
