Here's the beginning of the Strength and NPCs update.

Notes:

- Characters can now challenge Ulric to an armwrestling contest.  If the girlfriend is wearing the nightmare collar she can drain him once (he'll refuse to armwrestle again if she's still wearing it)

- Girlfriend can challenge Allison to an arcade machine contest.  She can similarly be drained this way.

- Player now has descriptions and art for 5 separate stages of muscle development (lvl 1-5, lvl 6-12, lvl 13-19, lvl 20-24, lvl 25+).

- In non-schmo mode, player's muscle building potential can now be increased to 25 via surgeries at Chance's.

- Player Potential added to Debug Room

- Amount of weight lifted at each level revamped.  Characters now lift less weight at the beginning levels and far more weight at the higher levels.  Thought process is that at around muscle level 20+ they start becoming superhuman.

- Debug room Player Luck fixed


To do:

- Implement rearranged girlfriend art order

- Implement unused art into scenes and update old scenes for consistency

- Add new strength level scenes

- Revamp girlfriend general descriptions, measurement descriptions, feats of strength for consistency

- Add Peter contest and reward

- Add Chance contest and reward

- Add Sidney interactions (Upon seeing the GF at muscle lvl 15+ she will become inspired to work out and will start growing each day, revealing that she too has limitless muscle building potential)

- Update Ulric home gym descriptions to justify the massive endgame weights


Other notes:

- I'm planning on removing the beauty stat.  While the idea is interesting on paper, it's completely incongruent with art and would require far too much more of it to implement properly.

Sounds good, will give it a spin. Annoyingly, something on newer versions of Android seems to struggle with images no matter what browser I try, so will use my phone instead of my tablet. Sidney... for a second I thought that was Chance's receptionist but no, that's the beach store owner. The greedy part of me wants it to be an ability of the gf to remove women's limits, allowing you to 'unlock' a few of them. Even if say only Sidney goes for muscle building, Chance's receptionist does a little because she wanted to be slightly taller (but reveals later that she's finding herself running further and further), Allison finds her intellect developing and has no interest in exercising... so while Sidney might need a fair bit of descriptive work the others just need a bit of dialogue and description. The beauty stat was an odd one. Might I be so bold as to suggest you keep some of the descriptions, but tie it into say total strength & endurance, the changes demonstrating increasing confidence, self esteem, and personal care? It does make a massive difference to a person's appearance.

As much as I love the beauty stat, I totally get where you are coming from. It's very difficult to implement properly. Since you are overhauling NPC anyway, might I suggest converting into a charisma/charm stat? That would be much easier to implement, not bleed into art or description except when necessary and also give flavor text when relevant to a very similar effect as the beauty stat. Also could give some fun schmoo interactions in the future. Ie. her voice was so convincing, I couldn't say no. Also could add a fun game mechanic with store discounts or other things.

I'd also recommend a random draining encounter (ie. draining a nameless NPC) for more replayability when using the nightmare color (instead of getting a one time boost). Bugs, there is a minor formatting error that adds % in front of all the random finding events. NIt: Shouldn't the sunlight/moonlight absorption work when you are relaxing at the beach? Or is that not there for balance reasons.

Bug: Equiping the yellow amulet doesn't display properly. Doesn't discharge properly either?

Random draining encounter is a good idea - in fact an update centered around random encounters in general is coming to mind now. I'll investigate the % thing, probably mistyped a comment somewhere ( /% %/ is used for code commenting ) Also the beach relax thing is an oversight, will add this to the list of things to fix

A charisma stat is very interesting, could see that coming into play down the line with updated careers. Perhaps with an update that has Fame in it.

I admittedly have only ever played the game on desktop browser - I should probably try testing it on mobile sometime... though it's possible the issue is tied to the Twine/Sugarcube engine and can't be fixed on my end. Those are some interesting ideas for expanding the NPCs further, will keep them in mind, though I might take things in a different direction. As for the beauty descriptions, the biggest issue I had is that frankly the girlfriend seems similarly attractive facially in all of the art, but a greater emphasis on her increasing confidence might come into play.

The images on Android is not one you can fix- it relates to security on newer versions of Android I understand. Maybe someone has found a way round it, but everything I've found suggested online was out of date and does not work. I could sort it by pushing it all into an apk and installing it... I think, based on comments I've seen on other twine projects. Not bothered enough to try though! :P
