I've had a few people mention they would like the player character to have more muscular/general potential in FMG Life Sim.

My personal philosophy was for the game to mirror an FMG story in that the girl starts off below-average, but ends up becoming superhuman; while the player character can only reach "impressive" levels himself.

But this has become a community-driven project, and I want to ensure it's the best possible experience for everyone.

So my question is: how important is the Male content in this game to you?  Do you yearn for the player character to reach the same heights as the girlfriend?  Or do you prefer it as it is: difficult for him to improve, with lower potential than the GF?

Keep in mind that including higher-level content for the player has its own opportunity costs in that it would take development time away from including more girlfriend upgrades.

Yes, these things could be determined via options at startup, but again, I'd still have to write descriptions for the guy to hit over 20 strength, and would need to change a lot of existing descriptions that indicate he can't go any further.

I'll also add that just because the player could have a strength cap equal to the girlfriend doesn't mean he'd have to grow just as fast.  He could have a slower, or even faster, rate of improvement compared to her.

Let me know what your thoughts on this topic are.

On the flip side it would be cool to pick male or female from the start. Both with girlfriends as always.

Having a few more lines in the ''Compare/measure'' section where GF compliments and/or worships the boyfriend would be plenty for me. Just like you did here: "You've got some of the nicest arms I've ever seen on a guy..." your girlfriend says, blushing.
