Updating the Special Thanks (Patreon)

A few years ago, I changed the Special Thanks reward tier to require patrons to contact me with what name they want to be credited with. Before that point, I had simply automatically added all of the names of Patrons to the game (with usernames or only first names), but realized that there may be individuals who don't want to be added for various reasons. And since even many usernames can be traced back to 'real' identities, I erred on the side of caution, hence the added requirement to be contacted.

Since making that change, nobody has ever contacted me to be added to the special thanks, and as such the list has remained the same despite there being many new individuals who have supported the game since.

I'm making this post as an official announcement/reminder to anyone who would like to be added to the Special Thanks to please either leave a comment with the identity you want to be credited as on this post, or to send me a direct message here on Patreon with that information. Alternatively, if you're already on the special thanks and don't want to be, let me know and I'll remove that listing (though I can't realistically remove it from the previous versions of the game).

All requests made before the end of the month will be included in Beta 2 of the Dialogue Update (which should be released here on March 31st) - any requests made afterwards will be included in whatever update is upcoming at that time.

This post stands for the future as well - so if someone finds it a few months from now and would like to be included in the special thanks, please contact me then as well.
