Status Report (Patreon)

Alright, it's high time I did a status report, especially before the month ends. Don't mind Flin, he's just slow-dancing with his girlfriend's mom.

I'll be honest, December and January were both not as productive as I would have liked. Both had hectic events in them, which is unusual for me, but even so I wish I had more beach content completed at this stage.

I've been pretty sparse on the beach spoilers, and that's mainly because there's a LOT in this update that has nothing to do with the beach trip. I'm going to be calling it "The Beach Update" but really, it's "the second half of the game update." The beach sequence is just the highlight of it.

The beach scene isn't really going to be like the camping scene. It's only going to span one day, more like 6 hours (give or take), and the idea is that Flin gets up to no good with every member of the core cast one-by-one. In other words, the sex scenes will be much shorter, but it'll be a...dense afternoon.

High on the priority list for the beach update is modeling a decent beach environment. I've begun this process, and I'm still deciding how far I care to push this.
And up until recently, I've had trouble deciding what to do about the bikini lineup.

About two years ago, I did a commission for Julie in a bikini, and I really liked the design. But I also really liked it on Amy, and felt that Julie might wear something a little different. I've been struggling with "Do I just make a new design for Amy" or "do I give this to Amy and instead make a new design for Julie?" If I'm designing for Amy, I might have more fun with strapless or somewhat bolder designs. If I'm designing for Julie, I want something that evokes MILF energy.

Anyway, the other day I finally decided to give Amy the bikini and model a new one for Julie. I found a design online I really like, and I'll share progress on this soon.

I'm going into February with a new attitude about really trying to get this update out. It's my new year's resolution to finish Love, Lust, and Rock 'n Roll by the end of this year. I'm thinking it's gonna be the beach update, one more update (which reintroduces Samantha but also has content for everyone), and then the "Final Update."
Three updates total and we'll be done, at last!
