Blood sharing is a sexual intimate thing that some vampires do, that’s why Stefan was offended, and you’ll find out more regarding Jeremy & the tattoo

I feel like you can't judge the characters for going to Damon about the fire because as you usually say, Damon IS the one to do the "Bad" thing or "tough" thing to keep Elena safe and killing the pastor would've kept Elena safe so you shouldn't be surprised that they thought it was him. At least they were being direct as you said beforehand you like about Damon.

I can understand why stefan was angry with damon with the bloodsharing thing, but why be so harsh on elena who didn't even know what bloodsharing meant. Damon said elena needed warm blood from the vein bc she's a new vampire, its sort of like how newborn babies need breast milk and after some time they can then sustain on the formula. But elena didn't want to feed on a human bc stefan in a way put it in her head that she couldn't do it without hurting someone. If he encouraged her to feed on a human and had some faith in her she wouldn't be so scared to do it. So because elena didn't want to feed on humans, damon's only other option was to feed her his blood and if damon told her how intimate blood sharing was, she wouldn't have done it and continued to starve. I don't think damon or elena have any fault in this and I think stefan should realize that he isn't helping the situation by discouraging elena from accepting her vampire side

totally agree with this, I love damon but it would be foolish to rule him out as one of the suspects and it was just a question and he said no, they believed him and carried on with the rest of their day. It wasn't like they continued to think he was the one to kill the pastor after he told them it wasn't him, that would be a different story.

also I love that they can just ask him the question point blank without being afraid of what he'll say and know that he'll tell them the truth whether he did it or not. No one would ask stefan bc they know he'd just bc incredibly offended even tho this is something he could be capable of doing too.
