Lot's of buzz around SpaceX IPO next year.  However, Elon says it is false. That does not stop the finance media.

  1. SpaceX is discussing an IPO for its Starlink satellite internet business in 2024
  2. Musk has previously stated his intention to list Starlink once its revenue growth and cash flow are stable and predictable, noting earlier this month that Starlink has achieved cash-flow breakeven.
  3. SpaceX, valued at around $150 billion, is notable for being the first private company to send humans into orbit and for its innovations in reusable rockets.
  4. Starlink, currently the largest satellite operator globally, recently secured a contract to provide free internet in Mexico until the end of 2026.

Worried about Mr. Musk. Starlink has been providing internet to Gaza and the Ukrainians. Remember what happened to Gerald Bull.

Was waiting for your comment on this. That’s reassuring and can’t wait when that IPO comes up. Need to put myself in the OG SpaceX IPO whenever it happens. When people talk about being in Tesla, BTC etc over decades ago, I wonder where I was with no clue these stuffs were going on or existed! Can’t wait for any such right opportunities now that I am in this investment sphere!

He’d be giving away too much upside to float now, better for him after a couple of years or revenue and growth.

I have plans to cash out some of my TSLA for a Starlink IPO unless I can generate enough cash to buy a significant % portfolio allocation.

Does any one remember him saying he regrets taking Tesla public? Or wished it was still private. I think he may have been burned by taking it public and might not want to risk his other companies on the same way. Thoughts?
