Well if you know me, you know I know insiders make it on IPOs ahead of IPO.  I am doing an ARM analysis this weekend.... but I can tell you I am 80% sure it is not a buy despite NVDA hype.

There are numerous reasons why you dont mind an IPO

1) You are exit liquidity

2) Lack of information

3) Hyper Overpricing

4) Lock ups - raining shares for months after IPO

It is also no buy due to their Chinese entity, they dont control it and there is a lot of debt coming from this entity and its a highest portion of their revenue…weird story, if you ask me…

Red flags for me because every day for so long now I get an email or two from the Australian sprukers offering me “exclusive” access to the IPO. Mostly, the IPO’s that I want to get in on (no chance) are the ones that are already fully funded before us little guys get a chance.

ICO's got a bad name as it was mainly scams so IPO came along as an alternative. Not a fan either its a good way to loose money. I like free Airdrops, great way to degen without capital risks and a good way to learn the tech. I have a favourite token on Solana but not going to shill.

I tried IPOs several times and James is bang on. Almost always too late unless you're an early investor pre-ipo, it's a losing game and you are exit liquidity. BOTS trade way faster now too and I feel those days are behind us.

I’m staying far away from this one! Smells like SoftBank dumping and raising cash in an uncertain macro environment

With so much hype, there is a good chance it goes below IPO price after it starts trading.

If you read the prospectus there is a nasty suprise called Arm China which is mentioned as a major risk numerous times.
