Can anyone speak to the legitimacy of Kinesiology? Sounds great, but is it legit? I have my reservations 🤔 On a seperate note, there's a guy currently going viral often with his anti aging regime, he takes over 100 pills a day and eats a crazy amount of veg, sleeps by 8:30pm at night, exercise regime, I belive he's reversed his biological clock by a few years. Sulforaphane found in broccoli sprouts is a must. Dr. Rhonda Patrick has an in depth video on it, shown to help reduce tumor sizes, you excrete the majority of carcinogens after one dose and the benefits go in and on. Definitely worth looking at.

Great information and thread, let's not leave out sleep. Eight Sleep has an interesting device for sleep improvement. A look at Berberine or Metformin (prophylactically) is also a beneficial addition for insulin regulation.

hmm I almost skipped this video James. I will have to look into that honey. I have D3 vitamins already, and regular honey and banana shake later in the day, but have my latte and 2 donuts during the day too. I will look into that honey though! thanks

FYI, my hard-book copy, duly marked with post-it notes and comments will to to my children as a very, valuable asset. Check with your nutritionist to see if she/he ever had a biochemistry course using the classic, very-difficult, yet colorful 1200-page textbook. If she has not passed a class using it…well, I advise you spending time getting up to speed before tackling this absolute gem for yourself. Of course, not just for James but for this lovely community James has created.🫶🙌🥦🥒🫛

If anyone is interested in this lovely community what I consume (super-broad base colorful veggies and fruits. Fermented veggies and dairy products plus a lot of Omega-3 sources.)Yep, some powdered amino acids plus some powdered “power foods”. As James would say just “Edutainment”. Delighted to say I slogged away taking countless labs in the sciences as well as some critical math and computer courses. Happy to say I was able to earn an excellent income while living what I did. I hope folks here can do the same.😘

It clearly states Detox in the title of this video - meaning its a temporary cleanse like routine for a reset. Our bodies dont need as much food as everyone thinks. It needs nourishment. And he is guided by a nutritionist. Calm down everyone.
