AW, so upset I missed this live, it's been ages since we had a fireside chat and I always loved these because James turns off his YouTube filter ;-). I'd just finished a 12hr night shift and decided it should be easy to make it to the live show at 3 am Aussie time. But 2 days awake and 4hrs sleep had other ideas. I made it to 2 am and then I closed my eyes for a second and, here I am, 9 am. I even managed to sleep through the alarm I set :-( Oh well zzzzzzzPM it was this time. Next time I'll mail in my questions ;-) Thanks anyway, James and team, I'll now watch the repeat :-) Sleep is overrated anyway, lol.

Just finished watching, thx so much. I do have a question about the MSTR / TSLA pair. You said 1.81 remember that number. Confluence model triggered a sell. What sell would that be?

Hi James, As ever, the best! Yep, I am much older than you but I started investing with a duplex. When I was divorced with two small kids and also going to graduate school, Ph.D. program in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry and Chemical Engineering, trust me, I rationalized exactly what you mentioned in this episode. Almost 30 years ago, get your “toe in” with you living on one side and your neighbor paying for taxes, mortgage.

So, James, my kids are now early early 40s. Yep, I have been using the three-legged stool for quite some time. Any chance of creating a “family” membership? This could happen that one member, eldest, would pay the monthly fee, meanwhile, the biological children (say a max of 2-3) can access the wonderful tutorials. I keep explaining financial “stuff” to them but they are too busy to spend the time to study/even watch a YouTube of yours. Just a thought. Keep on going. Bravo!
