After the sudden spike in popularity of the overly sexual Patcher (aka “Healslut”) in Merc Squad, the game is updated to include more sexy content. Another lewd healer is introduced to the bunch; Pocket Rocket is a short, stacked combination bazooka-expert and “pocket healer”healing aid that strikes up an odd relationship with Patcher.

The Anklebiters: a team of half-sized girls enter the Murderball league with big dreams and a washed up coach. The team finds the odds stacked against them even further when a heavy rainstorm comes moving in.

Super Peach Sisters: when Mario is kidnapped by a lusty Bowsette, she teams up with Daisy and runs to his rescue. A chase through the sweltering desert tests the girls' stamina as they fight through Bowsette's hordes.

Followers of the Godbeasts: primitive tribes of humanity cluster behind huge animals that they worship as gods. With the Stonehammer tribe living comfortably, they are approached by another tribe that seeks an alliance against a foe they cannot defeat on their own.

Milf Wars: a dystopian future war where fertility rates decline so dramatically that The Mothers lead great armies against each other for resources and breeding rights. The sadistic Malice breaks in her new breeding pet while dealing with skirmishes from the deified Hera.
