IDW Sonic#9 page 4-5 inks, background only (Patreon)

Here again, we see the power of digital and layers. I grabbed screenshots from a YouTube video of the title screen and a cutscene from Sonic Forces, then put those on a separate layer when I was doing the pencils. That way I had a clean background image to ink rather than having to work around all those characters. So, nowe have a clean background which I actually copied and pasted some parts of into page 20 of issue 14 which I recently finished.

I think this might be a little low res, but I’m making this post free so anyone can use this background if they like.
