IDW Sonic #9 page 1 pencils (Patreon)

Sorry I haven’t been posting this month. To make up for it I’m going to dump a bunch of pages at once today.

So, we’re starting on issue 9. The first sonic issue penciled and inked completely by myself on the iPad Pro. Here you’ll see immediately the great thing about working digitally. Since I’m inking myself, I don’t need to be nearly as tight with my pencils as I would be with a traditional inker going over my pages. And best of all, I took a panel from a later page and reworked it to be panel 1, so I didn’t have to pencil it at all.
