Thank you to everyone who has voted in this series of polls. Here are the non-winning films that received the highest votes!

You may only vote for one this time around, but I will watch the two films with the most votes!

Let me know what you voted for and why 🙌

*edit* Amélie & Death Proof are on the way. (December 1st & 8th respectively)

This was an odd vote for me. Death Proof is my favorite movie of these five, but I think Chris will enjoy The Fog more, plus I think it'll produce a more entertaining and engaging reaction, so I went that way.

This one looks like it'll be a close match. Poll ends Tuesday morning at 8am (EST) so you can always check back and see if you're happy with your vote.

I voted Amélie for 2 reasons... 1. I'm a jerk about spelling (despite being pretty bad at speling.) 2. Amélie is both smart and happy. My life kinda sucks right now, so happy stuff is ideal! But most "happy" films are, imo, crapola; sugar and s*** mixed in a bowl. I *hate* most "happy" movies, because they're candy corn. Cheap sugar with no substance. Amélie is razor sharp, interesting, and...it's very sweet, yes, but it's like a finely made dessert. Sweet, savory, and bitter all baked into something that nourishes the soul - with some silly-saccharine frosting on top. City of the Lost Children (same director) is better, but Amelie is fantastic!

Death Proof is my pick. It's actually one of my favorite Tarantino films, behind the Kill Bills and Pulp Fiction.
