This was a bit of a slow burn, but full of political intrigue, a touch of action, oh and a moment that literally changed the entire show forever. I’m still reeling after watching this finale and chomping at the bit for whatever is coming next.

Michael H. the Lord of the Legacy

To answer your question at the end about why the Cylons waited a year, the answer was they didn't. One of the Cylons mentions how they were about one light year away (probably still looking for the colonists) when they detected the detonation. This makes perfect, logical sense and is a bit of actual science, as the light from Gina's nuke took a year to reach where the Cylons happened to be prior to their jump to New Caprica. Gina couldn't know exactly WHEN the Cylons would find them, but she knew that they eventually would. It was only a matter of time.

I freaking LOVE this show! No one is safe, nothing is static ... everything changes, and everything builds off of the moments before. Get ready, cause this changes EVERYTHING

It's my favorite! Honestly, I was hesitant to start a real show because I would hate to lose interest and abandon something like this, but it's so good! I also love watching it weekly and it has rejuvenated a love for taking my time watching a show.

This is my second favorite show of all time. You’re also watching my FAVORITE, which is Doctor Who. I’m very positive that you’ll be on both rides till the very end haha

That's awesome! I kind of picked Doctor Who on a whim, because I wanted to finally watch it, but I definitely hoped there would be some crossover audience. I'll probably do polls to determine future series.
