Wanted to tweak Helena's looks for a bit now; the direction her looks evolved into turned out to be a dead end as her features were too angular, disjointed and very far from the snake appearance.

Can't say I'm completely confident in this new iteration, but it definitely feels more solid, I tweaked her head scales, rounded her brows a bit and got rid of the massive cheekbones.

Tweaked her gear as well a little, adding a collar to her suit, with the hood being a separate piece (the top part can be folded back ) and making the straps n buckles look more sturdy.

Hope you'll like the looks <3

Getting those feathers under the hood might be a hassle and evena bit more painful than trying to fit long hair or large anthro ears under a tight hood but she looks awesome! Chunky zipper so less can go wrong or snag, the gear looks sturdy enough for any military use (never tell a soldier something is unbreakable, they WILL break it), and the colours! That purple stripe on the grey, nice~ Also, her confidence! I've met many different superior officers in my time of service and there are a few different types: some can only attempt to be good and the only respect they get comes from their rank. Others are just good, not great, but not bad. And a very few have such a charisma that no matter what, you'd follow them wherever they say. Helena gives me the vibes of an officer who is gruff and grumpy and almost no-nonsense, but having a natural charisma that trancedes mere ranks to instill respect. Which is to say, your work with expressions is amazing, you can draw something as elusive as charisma! While I can't rank her on top of my personal charisma list, having seen Ralf Möller close up, she still is VERY high on that list, something not many drawn characters have managed. ((whoops, bit of a tangent there...)) ~~~ tl;dr: She looks stunning and I can see how the crew of the Scallo would follow her no matter where and why!

Really liking the new look! A little smoothing out really brings out the snakey headshape again. Her head plates look great, the frills and feathers are vibrant without being over the top. The tall collar on her suit is a nice touch, goes well with that long snek neck. And the simple chunky design of the gear thats visible looks robust and functional.
