More Progress Updates & Mac Intel & Improvements Out Now in v0.8 (Patreon)

Big apologies for not updating everyone more regularly! If you don't know, we have behind the scenes Discord channels like #art and #images_and_progress regularly available for VIP patrons, but it's important to keep up with our regular patrons as well. So therefore expect more posts in the next few days as we play catch up!

💻Two Big Mac Improvements

The first improvement is that in v0.8 I realized that XCode has secretly been only exporting the current build type it's built upon. Since I bought a new mac, its only been exporting Mac ARM and not Intel! (AKA Only newer macs, not older macs) Sorry Intel Mac users, I corrected this and you should have access now!

Another Issues sometimes reported, is opening the app and it displays the error "Unable to Find Game" this was a head scratcher but it turns there's a deep link with Game Maker Studio and Mac's extended file attributes. A workaround for now, is forcing the game into a wrapped .dmg file and asking users to extract and play, should fix this in theory, but we'll keep an eye out if it changes. Not sure why some users get this error, but not others.

These fixes use the same download link as other v0.8.3 versions but now says fixed at the end and is a .dmg file.
