Matty-P did a compositing test with scene 8 and it's look great so far!

My light and shadow mock up testing in Photoshop. I want the sceen to be a itty bitty blurry and fudgy with golden light hitting the character.  A bit of a romantic and warm scene <3

Noted: the BG is borrow from Ghibli film for testing purpose only.

What Matt did is a little bit overblown in comparison. But that's why we have to do a test before finishing the final product. Here the ligh is overblown, the tone is too saturate and the black line is too cleared, it made Billy looks stand out from the BG too much.

The solution is easy tho. I just put the same video on tp, blurred it a bit and put the lighten filter on it and voilà!

You might not see it but now its a little fudgy and feel like Billy is in the same scene with the environment around him.

Comparison!

Maybe it too fudgy but we can always go back to previous version if needed!

Next update: More rough animation from animators! Many of them has send their finished scene for me to check and I can't wait to share with you all!

Another news: I agreed to help making an intro/cut scene animation for my friend, Maxi, for his game, The Hayseed Knight! Will keep you update the progress as well!

Also: I miss my boi Mango the last Dragon so, I might revisit him soon <><>
