After almost seven years since I started writing this story, we're finally arrived at the Grail War. I've been thinking about this next few chapters ever since then.

...Well, the Grail War is clearly off to a most hectic start to say the least. Despite going into the War with no less than three Servants allied right out of the gates, it is already apparent that just surviving this ordeal, let alone succeeding in all of their goals, is going to be significantly more difficult than any of them could have guessed. And they don't even know that Gilgamesh is still alive yet...

Yeah, about what I expected. Archer!Shirou vs Lancer was one of those fights that has to happen. Meanwhile the mysterious Avenger is already giving our stalwart hero headaches. Meanwhile, Heracles proves that he's almost completely unstoppable when he has his mind.
