I do always love that the woman who attacks Faith with the knife, is none other than the Season 2 assassin posing as a cop who shot at Buffy(Oz) in school 😂

Yes Alley. Your reaction was my reaction. That and the character assassination of Cordelia is the reason why this season is reviled. There aren't really any BAD episodes technically like individually but the meta plot with Cordy infuriates a large part of the fanbase including myself.

Great reaction. So many times a character in the Buffyverse seems to be gone forever. Nope they are brought back with a bang. Sheesh I love Faith`s arc.

I see a whole lot of people not liking the Cordy and Connor stuff, but it's necessary for the story. Faith threw a wrench in Cordy's plan of keeping Angelus around and then Connor's infatuated by her. So, Cordy needed to get her claws back into him to get him back on her side.

This episode really gives us something so good in Faith's return but something so terrible in Cordelia's pregnancy, also i feel like I repressed the fact we had to see Cordelia kiss not only Connor this episode but THE BEAST🤮

Cordelia was pregnant in real life . So they made it part of the show . And I think this is where the problems with joss whedon started . He was upset with her for being pregnant. Made it not a fun work environment for the actress .

Cordy making out with an 8ft rock demon is an image so stark, so psychotic, that I'm 100% convinced it will flash in front of my eyes on my death bed.

I love the Faith/Wesley stuff. It's wild to think back that he was her watcher at one point and felt a lot of guilt for the things Faith did. Now he's turning to her to save things. Also, a bit of a watcher vibe when he ask her if she can still fight and then had to battle those random vamps. A bit of "training" if you will. Loved that. You can see the history and the rich character journeys that this universe has with just Faith and Wesley. Both are so very different than when we first "met" them.

I love the little things that I didn't notice the first times I watched, like Wesley and Faith having an actual Watcher/Slayer time together. And because you're normally so good at noticing these things I'm surprised you didn't comment on the music in the last scene - it reminds me about getting caught in a spider's web and I just feel so sad for Connor.

Don't have much to say other than I LOVE the Cordy/Connor storyline! I wish it wasn't as good as it was (imo), but alas. :D And those last 5 minutes with the pregnancy reveal gives me life every single time! Oh yeah, Faith is pretty amazing too&lt;33
