As someone who also reacts to nonsense on the internet, I say just take your time. It is a lose lose situation. If you miss an upload people will be waiting/disappointed and if you do stick to it it is gonna stress you out, especially if there are technical difficulties out of your control. Reacting is supposed to be fun so have it dude! :))))

Don't stress yourself with a schedule, I'm not sure any of us care about anything other than you enjoying the show and uploading the recording of it. If two a week is your goal, cool. If you do more, that's cool, if you have to do less that's cool too. This is literally my favorite thing in all of entertainment and brings me joy, however you need to deliver it is ok. Also don't worry about running out of episodes and us all going away, I think the majority of us are now down to watch you watch anything and won't be bailing once you finish Buffy, we all appreciate how cool this is. When it comes to onehub, you may want to get a WiFi hotspot with an Ethernet jack and a laptop dock with an Ethernet jack, you can then have steady uninterrupted uploads, it might save you time time monitoring, checking and stressing over uploads timing and or erroring out. It's a super cheap solution, I use a Google WiFi hotspot in my office, even my work computer recognizes it as a hardline Ethernet connection and it never times out. I fear if you just run a long cable to the modem, that guy who yells in the hallway might accidentally trip over it and yank your laptop to the ground smashing it.
