v13.1.6+230412 critical bug fix (Patreon)

Not much time between versions this time, because I made a tiny mistake in the previous version. As is common with coding, but this time it had big consequences.

I highly recommend anybody using v13.1.5 to update to v13.1.6, especially those using the Monk or Ranger class as those are the most affected.

• CRITICAL BUG FIX: class features weren’t automatically added to the 3rd page’s Notes section (the `autoSelectExtrachoices` attribute). This affects Monk and Ranger characters especially
• Fix Wakened and Ascendant Dragon's Wrath Weapons from FToD not adding any magical To Hit and Damage bonus.
