NEW PERK: Defenceman Timelines 2.0 (Patreon)

After dropping the forward timelines yesterday, I'm excited to follow that up with the new defencemen ones today.

Defencemen are evaluated using the same WAR model from TopDownHockey, with the caveat that I remove the "finishing" variable from them. So these evaluations are based on a defender's impact at driving offensive scoring chances and preventing defensive ones at even strength and special teams.
