He's been doing a little serie on youtube shorts called "substract sundays" where every sunday he explains the process of creation and why the songs are like this, it's very eye opening and helps understanding why the songs are like that, the songs are indeed talking about loss, grief, and many more topics about what he went through, i recommend checking the videos if you want to get the bigger picture ^^ love that you react to ed sheeran he's also been one of the reasons i love music, singing so much so thank you for reacting to these :) hope you have a nice day lots of love ^^

SUBTRACT IS SUCH A SAD BUT AMAZING ALBUM (I was able to fully listen to it live at a special concert in NYC and man it was beautiful)

the album came out today and i came back here. i hope you check it out too. i think it's a beautiful body of work from him. quite reminiscent of his early work, but obviously more mature... and probably a bit more depressing (: i'd love to see your reaction to it, but i assume you are pretty busy with other releases, so it's okay. but i do hope you give it a go :))
