Finally got around to reacting to this and it was so FUN!

Hi! Great Reaction as usual. So, they do still have a place together, and I believe they’ve pretty much quarantined together because of COVID. But they also have their own places, too.

Hey Caitlin. There was a lot in the video that’s very authentic but they would have been given some info in advance. I’m sure they knew the English songs they were going to sing because in a recent Bangtan Bomb filmed in late December 2019, weeks before they filmed the segment, you can randomly hear some one singing Circles in the background. They also would have known to edit their own songs for time and they would have known about the exercise dance class. All those people would have had to sign releases, lighting set up, etc. But I’m sure it’s left open enough for it to have unfolded naturally. Apparently the whole thing including the dance class was around 4 hours.

yeah i was definitely thinking that towards the end. i honesty think the whole thing was pretty natural compared to some other carpool karaoke videos i've seen. James does a pretty good job at making the boys feel comfortable! :)

And yes! They've lived together since the beginning even though they have their own houses. They also were paired as roommates for a long time (I think Jimin and Jhope might still be roommates). They've often said that they get lonely when the members are apart so they choose to stay together 💜

Papa Mochi and Jimmy Fallon are both great with the boys. A lot of American interviews can be really cringy, but to me it's usually about the person who interviews them rather than the question. Low-key, with so much content that they're putting out, it can be hard to ask original questions and a good host can make even boring question interesting by interacting with the answers. Which means the host has to vibe with the boys, make them comfortable and just bring positive attitude. Both James Corden and Jimmy Fallon do this very well. Sure, they can be a little cringy too sometimes, but it's fine as long as the boys are having fun and they clearly are. And if the host has a running joke with them (like the Mochi thing - it's actually a thing now; I think James Corden's official twitter was briefly renamed to Papa Mochi around the time when he was interviewing the boys about BE) that's like the best case scenario.

Hello Caitlin, I have been following your BTS journey. However I have noticed that you have been looking for performances to react to and since you cannot watch them to make sure they are good quality (without spoiling the reaction) or if they are complete unedited performances and would have no idea till your comment section gets going about what you missed out on. Every time you said, “I wanna be in that car” I just pictured your little head popping up in the back behind Jin, Suga, and V lol! I agree this was so much more enjoyable than so many other appearances they’ve done on talk shows because they really had fun! You should watch their appearances on Jimmy Fallon because they have a blast with him as well! One last thing, I definitely don’t think Nate will mind your doing a dance goal and I look forward to seeing it! Another great reaction, I couldn’t stop smiling so thank you!

Hi! New on Patron here!! 💜To answer your question: Yes, they know the song...it's actually the artists that pick the list of songs to play. James usually studies the ones he doesn't know so that he can sing with the artists. I think I read somewhere that BTS said that they chose that song in particular because all of them liked it a lot at the time and it was a great song for a car ride.
